1. Promoter & Operating Company
These Terms & Conditions govern promotional sweepstakes operated by THE PURPLE FLARE LLC ("Purple Flare", "Promoter", "we", "us", or "our"). Purple Flare is responsible for promotion administration, entry handling, winner verification, and prize fulfillment.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
- Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- A valid U.S. mailing address is required for prize delivery.
- Employees, contractors, officers, agents, affiliates, and immediate family or household members of Purple Flare are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
Users may enter online by completing the entry form and agreeing to these Terms. A free Alternative Method of Entry is available by mailing a hand-printed 3" x 5" card with full legal name, U.S. mailing address, email, phone number, date of birth, and the name of the promotion to: Purple Flare Sweepstakes Entry, Greenfield, IN 46140, USA.
4. Promotional Purchases
Certain promotions may offer optional digital promotional content. A purchase is never required to enter or win and will not improve the odds of winning.
5. Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from valid eligible entries received during the applicable promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be shipped to the verified U.S. mailing address supplied by the winner following successful eligibility verification.
7. Data & Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed for promotion administration, eligibility verification, prize fulfillment, customer support, payment handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Refunds & Billing
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@purple-flare.com before initiating a chargeback or financial institution dispute. Valid billing concerns will be reviewed in good faith.
9. Third-Party Traffic Sources
Purple Flare is not responsible for inaccurate or unauthorized claims made by third-party publishers, affiliates, advertisements, emails, reviews, blogs, or reports that may direct users to a promotion page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law rules.
